Seeking an on-site 1st Level Support technician in Vienna to cover for two permanent employees during their absences due to vacation or illness.
Project overview
Project Goal: Seeking a backfill technician for on-site 1st Level Support at a client's location in 1020 Vienna. The role involves covering for two permanently employed staff members during vacations or sick leave.
Responsibilities
- Ensure on-site presence at the client's location in 1020 Vienna
- Provide 1st Level Support on-site
- Cover during planned vacations as well as short-term sick leave
Requirements
- Basic IT support knowledge is sufficient; junior technicians are also welcome
- Willingness to be present on-site at the client's location
- Flexibility for short-term assignments during sick leave
Project details
Assignments will total approximately 10 weeks per year, divided between planned vacations and short-term sick leave.
Expected Outcome: Seamless on-site presence at the client's location during the absences of regular employees. A full 8 hours are billable per day of assignment.
Work Model: On-site at the client's location in 1020 Vienna. Remote work for other clients or client discussions is also possible in between.
