Responsibilities

• Participation in shaping the future of Siemens Energy through technical interactions within the project with both external partners (clients, engineering firms, authorities, construction companies, etc.) and internal stakeholders (building technology, project management, purchasing, etc.).
• Preparation of tender documents for construction and engineering services, as well as conducting technical award negotiations up to contract conclusion.
• Coordination of all construction planning activities and ensuring that customer and technical requirements are considered.
• Management and coordination of all involved construction companies.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards throughout the entire construction process.

Requirements

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with completed semester abroad or internships abroad
• Several years of relevant professional experience in industrial and plant construction. Applications with initial professional experience are also welcome
• Good technical knowledge in all areas of civil engineering, as well as proficient use of MS Office tools, ideally iTwo
• Fluent German and English skills, as well as ideally knowledge of other languages (French, Italian, Spanish)
• Teamwork skills, assertiveness, initiative, communication skills, as well as planning and organizational skills
• Willingness for worldwide business travel
