Construction Manager Civil and Cable Laying - Wind Energy/Cable Trenches

Project overview

+ Planning, control, and monitoring of the network realization of wind energy projects with a focus on cable and civil engineering.

+ Coordination and support of tender procedures as well as coordination with the involved companies

+ Monitoring of construction services regarding quality, execution, and contractual implementation

+ Creation and coordination of construction schedules, taking project requirements into account

+ Monitoring of project milestones and ensuring compliance with agreed schedules

+ Responsibility for order processing in the field of medium-voltage cables

+ Interface management: Coordination and alignment between the project development, sales, purchasing, operations, and commercial departments

+ Schedule planning with property owners and executing construction companies.

+ Regular reporting

Requirements

+ Several years of experience in cable civil engineering is desirable. Alternatively, comparable experience in project support or in managing construction site processes is required.

+ Willingness to travel for regular business trips within Germany, especially to the Sauerland and Berlin areas, and other deployment locations (approx. 2-3 days per week).

+ Good IT skills, especially in using MS Office.

+ Experienced and confident construction/project manager with proven competence in schedule, budget, and quality control.
