Construction Supervisor Telecommunications

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor for Telecommunications for the coordination and supervision of telecommunications systems in infrastructure and railway projects. The location is Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, with a hybrid working model.

Your tasks include managing technical interfaces between planning, construction execution, and commissioning, as well as monitoring construction execution regarding quality, adherence to deadlines, and occupational safety. You will conduct regular site inspections, check compliance with execution documents and technical specifications, and follow up on defect remediation measures. Furthermore, you will support the management of cost, schedule, and quality objectives, create schedules and progress reports, and coordinate construction phases and commissioning.

You will moderate technical coordination meetings with contractors, infrastructure operators, and other project stakeholders and ensure complete project and inventory documentation.

We expect a completed further education as a technician or master craftsman with relevant professional experience or a successfully completed degree in communications engineering, telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field. Several years of professional experience in construction supervision, construction management, or technical implementation of infrastructure or telecommunications projects are required. Sound knowledge of telecommunications systems, cable systems, and network technology, as well as experience in coordinating complex technical interfaces, are necessary.

We are looking for a structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented personality with strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel and regular site deployments is a prerequisite.
