As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for how the Bundesverbraucherhilfe makes its services visible and acquires new members. You will work closely with the Head of Communications and Brand Design.

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for services and membership
• Planning of campaigns for consumers and companies
• Building cooperations and reach partnerships
• Management of search engine optimization, newsletters, and digital campaigns
• Coordination with Communications and Brand Design for a consistent appearance
• Analysis of key figures and reporting to the board
• Experience in marketing, preferably in online marketing, association work, or non-profit
• Strategic thinking combined with a passion for implementation
• Confident use of digital channels and key figures
• Feel for credible communication without exaggeration
• Independent and reliable way of working
• A formal degree is not a prerequisite, your practical experience counts
• Your own area of responsibility with real creative freedom
• Direct contact with the board and all specialist departments
• Professional networking with specialists and managers from law, business, and administration
• Qualified certificate of activity and, upon request, a letter of recommendation
• Access to our further training, specialist conferences, and committee meetings
