BIM Designer (Revit/Inventor)

Project overview

3D modeling (Detail Engineering) of high-voltage systems (16-380 kV) and substations

Modeling of the entire plant arrangement including apparatus, steel structures, and associated infrastructure

Design of steel structures and metal frameworks for electrical components, such as insulators, switchgear, and other apparatus

Transfer of technical specifications and component dimensions into constructible 3D models

Creation and adaptation of 2D derivations, section drawings, assembly documents, and detail designs

Structural design of new and conversion projects in the field of high-voltage systems

Close collaboration with electrical engineers, structural engineers, and other specialist planners

Consideration of the technical interfaces between apparatus, steel structures, and the overall plant

Maintenance and updating of BIM models and associated plant documentation

Structural support during implementation and assembly

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Autodesk Revit in 3D modeling of complex technical plants

Sound design experience in steel and metal construction with Autodesk Inventor

Experience in apparatus construction or industrial plant construction

Ability to independently develop and model steel structures and brackets for given technical components

Understanding of constructive interfaces between apparatus, supporting structures, fastenings, and the overall plant

Experience with technical detail drawings, section drawings, and assembly-friendly design documents

Language skills: German (must), French/English (nice)
