- Analyze genomic data, understand existing analysis logic and refactor it when relevant
- Work in a modular architecture (a Python module = a task), orchestrated by a workflow manager like Nextflow
- Quickly take over the scope during a short onboarding
- Participate occasionally in meetings with US subsidiaries
- Start date: ~January 10, 2027
- Duration: ~4 months, extension possible but not guaranteed
- Location: Mostly remote, with regular visits to the Lille site
