Seeking a Business Analyst specialized in reference data for a long-term mission in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, focusing on integrating acquired asset management data.
Project overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in reference data for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will be involved in an integration program for an acquired asset management business, with the migration of financial instrument and benchmark data to a market-leading reference portfolio management platform.
Your missions:
Partial on-site presence is expected. The mission offers long-term visibility, with possible extensions.

Profile sought
You have solid experience in data project management, ideally with an asset manager. You have a strong command of asset management reference data: financial instruments, and if possible, benchmarks. You are familiar with Middle Office and, ideally, the Aladdin platform. You are comfortable with large volumes of data (analysis, conversion, KPIs). Expert level in at least two business domains is expected. You remain effective under pressure, communicate clearly, and enjoy coordinating diverse teams. A BAC+4/5 degree is desired.

- Support the migration and integration of security master reference data and benchmarks to the new platform.
- Define and validate data requirements and mapping rules with internal teams.
- Write technical specifications for data not available natively, and coordinate their implementation with IT and ESG teams.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of migrated data.
- Participate in testing, reconciliation, and process validation.
- Analyze and convert large volumes of data, and monitor associated indicators.
