Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a BSI Customer Suite Expert (m/f/d) BSI Masterclass & CRM Processes in the financial environment from 01/2027 for the expected duration until 12/2027 with the option of extension. The assignment is planned for full-time.

Responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate requirements regarding feasibility
• Estimate effort for conception and implementation of requirements
• Support in concretizing requirements
• Identify dependencies with other implementations or configurations and show impacts
• Create concepts that show implementation possibilities in the BSI Customer Suite
• Present concepts in workshops, gather feedback from business units, incorporate resulting changes
• Conduct tests and reviews of the implementation
• Document all concepts and implementations according to project specifications
• Analyze impacts on services included in the SaaS contract and identify expected paid additional usage and address it to project management
• Contact person for the project team for configuration-related questions

• min. 3 years of practical work in BSI projects (min. version 24.2)
• min. BSI Masterclass certified (preferably also Professional)
• Practical experience with the BSI Customer Suite, especially with configuration options
• Experience with CRM processes in the banking or financial services environment (not retail business, but wealth management, asset management, mergers & acquisitions, securities trading)
• Knowledge of data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements (KYC, KYB, customer data update, WpHG, MiFID II/KAGB classification, suitability check)
• Product knowledge BSI Customer Suite and knowledge of implementing configuration requirements in BSI
• Understanding of CRM data models, data quality, interfaces, and authorizations as well as adjacent systems
• Confident requirements management: workshops, process recording, user stories or functional concepts, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
• Experience with common ticketing systems (e.g., Gemini)
• Ability to document decisions, open points, and changes comprehensibly
• Experience in agile or hybrid implementation projects
• Several years of experience in functional conception or implementation of CRM systems
• Overview of the entire product
• Modules CDP, CRM, CX, Insight
• General overview of AI products and possible applications in the BSI Customer Suite
• Possibilities and limitations in the BSI standard
• Configuration of the BSI Customer Suite (Stories, Processes, 360° Views)
