BSI Customer Suite Expert – CRM Processes in the Financial Sector

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced BSI Customer Suite Expert (m/f/d) for a full-time project in the financial environment. The assignment can be done remotely/on-site and is expected to last until the end of 2027 with an option for extension.

Responsibilities

You will analyze and evaluate requirements regarding their technical feasibility in the BSI Customer Suite. You will estimate effort for conception and implementation, concretize requirements, and identify dependencies on other systems. You will create detailed concepts, present them in workshops, and integrate feedback from business units. Furthermore, you will conduct tests and reviews, document all work according to project specifications, and analyze impacts on SaaS contracts as well as paid additional usage. You will act as a contact person for configuration-related questions within the project team.

Requirements

You have at least 3 years of practical experience in BSI projects (from version 24.2 onwards) and possess BSI Masterclass certification. You are familiar with the configuration options of the BSI Customer Suite and have extensive experience with CRM processes in the banking or financial services sector (wealth management, asset management, M&A, securities trading). Knowledge of data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements (KYC, KYB, WpHG, MiFID II/KAGB) is required.

You master requirements management, work confidently with ticketing systems, and document decisions comprehensibly. Experience in agile or hybrid projects as well as several years of expertise in CRM conception and implementation complete your profile. Product knowledge of the modules CDP, CRM, CX, and Insight, as well as an understanding of CRM data models, data quality, and interfaces, are necessary.
