Business Analyst Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis and implementation of requirements in the area of Anti-Money Laundering (AML). In this role, you will analyze, structure, and document complex business and organizational requirements.

Your main tasks include gathering and prioritizing requirements in close cooperation with various stakeholders, creating business concepts and requirement specifications, and translating business requirements into actionable IT requirements. You will support requirements in agile project structures, moderate workshops, and assess solution approaches regarding their feasibility.

Furthermore, you will analyze data structures and flows to identify dependencies and optimization potentials. You will coordinate business topics across different project areas and ensure consistent documentation of requirements and decisions.

For this position, you need several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, as well as sound knowledge in the area of Anti-Money Laundering or Counter-Terrorist Financing. Project experience in the public sector or with federal authorities is required. Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and agile project methods is advantageous.

The position is 98% remote with occasional on-site presence days. The project is designed for 24 months with an option for extension and starts as soon as possible.
