We are looking for an Offering Manager specialized in coding assistants for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will take responsibility for a service offering around AI applied to development, from its definition to its evolution. You will ensure its alignment with user needs and market trends.

Profile sought

You have a Bac+4/5 degree and at least 15 years of experience in IT, project management, or functional analysis. You have mastered needs analysis, building an offering and a roadmap, as well as financial management of a service. Good marketing and communication skills are expected. Fluent English is essential. You are results-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, and a taste for innovation.

• Identify business needs and define the value proposition of the offering.
• Define the functional, application, and technical characteristics of the offering.
• Build and maintain the evolution roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Define the financial model and pricing of the offering, monitor costs and utilization rate.
• Contribute to budget definition.
• Develop the communication plan and deploy internal and external promotion campaigns.
• Develop the portfolio of internal clients and the number of active users.
• Provide functional support to IT projects and propose innovative solutions.
