Business Analyst Cards / Cardholder Payment Systems (M/F)

Project overview

CONTEXT:

As part of our payment system evolution projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Cards / Cardholder Payment Systems (M/F), capable of working on functional aspects, the TIM Cardholder software package, and technical topics related to test automation and artificial intelligence (AI).

YOUR MISSIONS:

Reporting to the project teams, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business needs
• Writing functional specifications and contributing to solution design
• Working within the Cards / Cardholder Payment Systems scope and ensuring the functional consistency of developments
• Participating in the management of TIM Cardholder software package versions and patches, analyzing the impact of developments, and ensuring follow-up with CAPS
• Coordinating exchanges between business and technical teams and the various project stakeholders
• Preparing, executing, and monitoring functional acceptance testing phases, as well as anomaly management
• Contributing to the improvement of testing strategies, particularly through automation and the use of AI-based solutions
• Participating in the monitoring of production deployments and ensuring the proper deployment of developments
