Project overview

Context

As part of the Agirc-Arrco client relationship transformation program, the Enterprise CRM, currently based on PEGA, is being migrated to ServiceNow. The project aims to ensure service continuity, improve user journeys, and optimize enterprise client relationship management.

Missions

Verify the migration of all existing functionalities between PEGA and ServiceNow.

Analyze functional gaps between the two solutions.

Identify and prioritize unmet needs.

Define complementary needs and prepare their integration into the project roadmap.

Participate in cross-functional team activities as needed.

Produce associated analyses, recommendations, and deliverables.
