Responsibilities

• Technical leadership, coordination, planning of international strategic system engineering projects in the field of electric traction drives for inverters, e-motors, transmissions
• Building, training, and further developing the performance and cost competitiveness of the System Engineering Team according to ASPICE (SYS.1 to SYS.5)
• Analyzing and specifying system requirements for system development
• Planning and coordinating system activities from project acquisition to production launch
• Main point of contact and interface to international teams within the project
• Requirements engineering for eTDS (e-motor, inverter, SW) according to ASPICE
• Capturing, preparing, and managing stakeholder/customer requirements in Polarion, PTC
• Participation in stakeholder, system requirement development as input for system architecture design

• Successful academic degree in the fields of electric traction drives, power electronics, mechatronics, or similar education
• At least 5 years of experience in the development of automotive traction drives or comparable systems with e-motors (>1kW) with integrated power electronics
• At least 2-5 years of experience in international development teams as a project manager, technical lead in the development of mechatronic systems in the automotive sector (e.g., eTDS)
• Sound knowledge in system engineering according to ASPICE for mechatronic systems, subsystems (e-motor, inverter)
• Experience with relevant tools, e.g., ALM tool (Polarion, PTC RV&S), System Architect tool (Enterprise Architect, PTC Modeler)
• Knowledge of development processes (Automotive SPICE & ISO26262)
• Well-structured working style, excellent communication skills, results-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
