• Translate regulatory and legal requirements and needs expressed by lawyers or risk analysts into clear functional specifications usable by development teams.
• Perform impact and gap analyses between existing systems and new legal obligations.
• Participate in defining the product vision and building the regulatory roadmap.
• Ensure the alignment of implemented solutions with regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Be proactive in proposing tool evolutions through a thorough understanding of the application repository.
• Aim to maximize the value delivered to users by balancing regulatory compliance, tool performance, and user experience quality.
• Ensure follow-up of the incident and evolution request backlog.
• Analyze, qualify, and prioritize tickets.
• Coordinate corrective actions with development teams.
• Pilot incident resolution and ensure follow-up of remediation actions.
• Conduct lessons learned (REX) to continuously improve service quality.
• Define and execute functional test scenarios.
• Validate the compliance of developments before their production deployment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and functional requirements during approval phases.
• Regulatory roadmap integrating legal deadlines and features to be deployed.
• Impact and gap matrix to identify necessary information system adaptations.
• Writing detailed functional specifications.
• Description of functionalities and definition of performance indicators (KPI).
• Creation, prioritization, and maintenance of the Product Backlog.
