SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant for the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM). You will support the conception, implementation, and integration of ALM into existing HR system landscapes and design the end-to-end lifecycle of agents and sales partners.

Your tasks include consulting and configuring ALM processes, especially the conception of lifecycle processes for agents and sales partners. This includes onboarding, master data management, agent relationships and hierarchies, qualifications and certifications, as well as compliance processes and offboarding. You will design the integration of ALM into the existing HR system landscape, define principles for leading systems and data responsibilities, and define end-to-end data flows.

You will create functional and technical specifications for interfaces and data mappings, support integration testing, user testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities. You will also document solutions and interfaces and ensure knowledge transfer.

We expect in-depth experience in the conception of SAP and HR integrations, especially in integrating ALM into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM, recruiting systems, and cloud integration platforms. You should be proficient in APIs, data mapping, authentication, and error handling, and be able to define complex information flows in system landscapes.
