We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Healthcare Order Entry Systems (EPIC / CGM Channel) to support an ongoing project. The role involves analyzing existing processes, comparing system solutions, and documenting findings.

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Business Analyst Healthcare – Order Entry Systems (EPIC / CGM Channel) (m/f/d) to support an ongoing project, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

Analysis of existing order entry processes and the current system landscape
Functional and conceptual evaluation of the Epic Order Entry model compared to CGM Channel
Conducting a comprehensive feature, function, and process comparison of both solutions
Identification and evaluation of advantages and disadvantages regarding functionality, usability, and process support
Analysis of the impact on the processes of the client as well as affiliated clinics and referring physicians
Evaluation of organizational, functional, and technical impacts of the respective solution
Coordination with national and international stakeholders, especially with contacts at Epic
Conducting workshops and interviews for requirements gathering and validation
Creation of a neutral basis for decision-making for management and specialist departments
Documentation of results, including recommendations for action

Requirements

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Solution Architect in the healthcare sector
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Experience in conducting system, process, or tool evaluations
Understanding of hospital, laboratory, or diagnostics processes
Experience with order entry, laboratory information, or clinical information systems
Practical experience with at least one of the following solutions:
Epic
CGM Channel or comparable CGM solutions
Ability to present complex functional and technical issues in a target-group-oriented manner
Experience in creating management presentations, decision papers, and evaluation concepts
