We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term mission at our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, to join an IT team serving the Investment Risk and Compliance teams of a large asset management company.
You will be at the heart of the evolution of risk management tools, with the Aladdin platform as the primary tool, supplemented by applications dedicated to specific needs.

Profile sought
You have significant experience (over 10 years) in Business Analysis in asset management or capital markets, with a dual business and IT background. A BAC+4/5 degree is desired.
Key skills: needs analysis, functional specifications, knowledge of Aladdin, understanding of investment risk and compliance issues, coordination of cross-functional IT teams. A good level of English is a plus, as the team's documentation is written in English.
You are autonomous, structured, and comfortable bringing together diverse stakeholders. Your service orientation and ability to facilitate exchanges make the difference.

- Gather business needs from the risk and compliance teams and analyze them.
- Implement new risk tools in compliance with the target architecture.
- Make the most of the Aladdin platform, particularly its risk analysis tools.
- Contribute to project documentation: steering committee support, analysis documentation.
- Facilitate exchanges with IT teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deploy solutions in compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide user support and coordinate the various stakeholders.
