• You analyze, structure, and document business and organizational requirements for timetable data management and future passenger information.
• You examine existing business processes, systems, and data flows, identify optimization potential, and develop target state visions, solution options, and recommendations for action.
• You develop requirements for the MVP, target architecture, and later expansion stages, and evaluate make-or-buy scenarios as a basis for strategic decisions.
• You develop proposals for business rules and governance models, and analyze data objects, references, master data, and identity concepts.
• You connect business departments, architecture, development, infrastructure, management, and external partners, and design and moderate workshops for gathering, coordinating, and validating requirements.
• You create prioritization proposals, business concepts, decision templates, and management presentations.
• You detail backlog entries, epics, and user stories in refinements, derive actionable work packages, and validate the MVP and developed solutions against defined requirements.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements work within complex projects at a national transport and logistics company, for example in IT, digitalization, or transformation projects.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in requirements management, particularly in the structured gathering, analysis, prioritization, or documentation of business requirements.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in the analysis, modeling, or optimization of complex, cross-organizational business processes.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in stakeholder and communication management, for example in designing or moderating cross-departmental workshops and coordination formats.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in business conception and business analysis, for example in developing target states, future processes, business concepts, or implementation-oriented recommendations for action.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1).
• You have more than 5 years of experience in projects in the transport and logistics industry, particularly in the areas of timetables, passenger information, operations management, or cross-modal business processes.
• You have more than 5 years of experience with timetable data processes or comparable data-intensive business processes, for example in their analysis or further development.
• You have more than 5 years of experience with tools for project-related documentation and collaboration, for example for issue and task management.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in preparing complex business issues and creating reliable decision bases for project management and management.
• You have more than 5 years of experience with the organizational and business interrelationships between transport companies, transport infrastructure companies, and other market participants.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in the business support of agile development projects, for example according to Scrum or SAFe, including backlog management.
• You can provide at least one reference for strategic conception and implementation planning, for example for preliminary studies, target state development, or the derivation of concrete implementation measures.
• You can provide at least one reference for the preparation of strategic decisions through make-or-buy evaluations, economic feasibility studies, or technology analyses.
• You can provide at least one reference for the business support of MVPs, for example through requirements prioritization, definition of acceptance criteria, or business validation.
• You will help shape digital solutions for passenger information and the travel experience within a transport and logistics company.
• You will work in an agile, cross-functional project environment with regular exchange between business departments, architecture, and development.
• You will take on versatile analysis and conception tasks and provide important foundations for strategic decisions on future timetable data management.
• The service provision is 81% remote and 19% onsite (Frankfurt).
