• Creation, further development, and quality assurance of conceptual designs
• Analysis and documentation of business requirements
• Conducting business analyses in the lending environment
• Recording, structuring, and prioritizing requirements (Requirements Engineering)
• Coordination with business departments, product managers, and development teams
• Translation of business requirements into implementable concepts and specifications
• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes
• Support for the implementation of business requirements up to productive launch

For several strategic project initiatives in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Conceptual Designer with a focus on lending business to support existing project teams.

The project environment operates at the intersection of business departments, processes, and banking-specific applications. We are looking for a personality who can systematically analyze business requirements, translate them into robust conceptual designs, and act as a link between business and development.

The focus is on the analysis and optimization of processes related to the lending business, as well as the functional support of implementation and change initiatives within an established banking landscape.
