Currently, to meet our clients' needs, we are looking for a techno-functional business analyst in Grenoble, France.

Context:

As part of the monitoring and evolution of our web applications, we are looking for a techno-functional profile to ensure the administration of our priority SaaS solution (BlueKanGo) and to manage the gathering of requirements for a set of business tools.

Expected missions for the techno-functional business analyst:

Missions & Expected Deliverables:

Configure forms, validation workflows, profiles, and access rights.

Provide functional support and centralize technical exchanges with the editor.

• SaaS Configuration & Operation (BlueKanGo):

Requirements

Gather and analyze requirements from business teams in the industrial sector.

Write specifications, Detailed Functional Specifications (SFD), and User Stories.

Monitor application interfaces and data flows (REST API, Webhooks, JSON, SSO).

Perform minor adjustments in JavaScript and HTML.

Process data using SQL / PL-SQL to design reports, forms, and monitoring indicators.

Profile sought:

All experience levels accepted, the key is the ability to bridge the gap between the field and technology.

Proficiency in API integrations and knowledge of JavaScript / HTML.

Good skills in SQL / PL-SQL applied to forms, workflows, and reporting.
