Project Framework:

Responsibilities

• Independent recording, analysis, and documentation of business processes up to Level 3
• Modeling and maintenance of business processes in BPanda
• Independent execution of interviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with specialist departments for process recording and requirements analysis
• Creation, revision, and documentation of process diagrams as well as ensuring a consistent process landscape
• Analysis of existing workflows and identification of optimization potential
• Development and presentation of concrete proposals for process optimization and efficiency improvement
• Coordination of process models and optimization measures with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring comprehensible and audit-proof process documentation
• Raising awareness and training employees on information security and data protection
• Support in integrating information security and data protection requirements into existing business processes

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes up to and including Level 3 (prerequisite)
• Sound knowledge of process modeling as well as structured and understandable process documentation
• Experience in recording, analyzing, and modeling business processes using established methods and standards
• Confident use of process management tools; ideally practical experience with BPanda
• Demonstrable experience in conducting and moderating workshops, interviews, and coordination meetings with specialist departments
• Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and results-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Certifications such as IREB CPRE, IIBA CCBA/CBAP, or OMG OCEB 2
