I am looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a Salesforce CRM transformation project within a CIB / Investment Banking environment.

👤 Profile: Experienced / senior, ideally 6 to 9 years of experience

- Lead and coordinate the various project tasks
- Gather and analyze business needs
- Write functional specifications
- Ensure interface between business and IT teams
- Lead testing phases and UAT
- Participate in defining the deployment strategy
- Ensure monitoring of project actions, risks, and dependencies
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a banking environment
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Solid experience with CRM solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce is highly appreciated
- Good knowledge of Investment Banking IT systems: Front Office → Back Office → Risk → Finance
- Experience in functional specifications, testing, UAT, and deployment
- Leadership, organization, communication, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
