Our client is looking for a ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to support the evolution of their HR services and improve employee experience as part of their HR transformation projects.

As part of its HR transformation projects, our client is looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow HR to support the evolution of its HR services and improve the experience of its employees.
Your mission
You will ensure the link between the human resources teams and the technical teams.
You will work on the ServiceNow HRSD — Human Resources Service Delivery — scope, from requirements gathering to acceptance testing and user support.
Your main responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize the needs of the HR teams.
- Lead business workshops and define target processes.
- Identify gaps between expressed needs and the standard functionalities of the solution.
- Write functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in the construction and prioritization of the backlog with the Product Owner.
- Support projects related to HR requests, employee journeys, the service portal, and the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and integrators to ensure the consistency of solutions.
- Prepare test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, and track bug fixes.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality rules and access rights to HR information.
- Produce functional documentation and support training and change management.
