• Collection, analysis, consolidation, and specification of business requirements, as well as description of current and target states in the context of network rollout.
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of complex requirements, analysis, and decision workshops with business departments, program organization, and other stakeholders.
• Analysis of existing location, performance, and organizational structures, considering location-specific particularities, performance relationships, and infrastructural framework conditions.
• Execution of functional problem, dependency, and impact analyses, as well as development, evaluation, and documentation of action options, including functional recommendations.
• Application of suitable methods for requirements analysis, process analysis, modeling, and evaluation to qualify and structure complex business issues.
• Creation of transparency regarding conflicting requirements, goal conflicts, and dependencies, as well as moderation of functional solution-finding and decision-making processes.
• Analysis, evaluation, and documentation of business processes, including identification of optimization potential, process risks, and functional improvement possibilities.
• Conducting reviews, as well as verification and validation of business requirements regarding completeness, consistency, clarity, and traceability.
• Ensuring functional traceability, versioning, and change control of requirements throughout the entire requirements lifecycle.
• Creation and maintenance of structured requirements, decision, and documentation artifacts in designated knowledge management, roadmap, and backlog systems.
• Analysis and documentation of roles, responsibilities, contact persons, and billing structures in the respective location and rollout context.
• Creation, evaluation, and documentation of functional decision bases, status analyses, management evaluations, and action recommendations.
• Identification, evaluation, and documentation of risks, implementation obstacles, open points, and deviations from defined target states and rollout specifications.
• Conducting functional coordination for the evaluation of individual location requirements, as well as development and evaluation of suitable solution variants.
• Analysis of the conformity of business requirements with the target state, governance specifications, project goals, and relevant organizational framework conditions.
• Conducting cross-organizational coordination in complex project structures, including consolidation of functional results and requirements.
• Analysis of the impact of planned rollout measures on business processes, organizational units, and performance relationships.
• Development of functional recommendations for the further development of requirements, decision, and steering processes within the scope of the future network portfolio.

Your Qualifications

• (Must) 7 years of experience in requirements engineering, including end-to-end collection, analysis, prioritization, traceability, and governance of business requirements in complex transformation or rollout projects.
• (Must) Experience with governance and steering models in complex programs from 3 projects
• (Must) 7 years of experience in leading roles of requirements management in project or program initiatives.
• (Must) Responsibility in complex rollout, migration, or transformation projects in a project
• (Must) 5 years of experience in managing and moderating complex coordination processes between business departments, IT, and management
• (Should) Experience in using AI-supported tools to support business work from 2 projects
• (Should) Proof of relevant certification, e.g., CPRE, PRINCE2, Scrum, or comparable.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in measuring success and managing complex transformation projects.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in economic decision support for investment or rollout decisions.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in complex, organizationally and process-driven industry environments
• (Should) Experience in analyzing cross-organizational dependencies and deriving measures for risk minimization, prioritization, and successful implementation of change initiatives from 3 projects
• (Should) Experience in the functional leadership of interdisciplinary groups in complex change initiatives from 2 projects
