Project overview

As a Business Consultant, you will advise clients of ODC-Noord on complex ICT issues.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Conduct independent analyses of business, organizational, and IT issues for clients and advise on suitable solutions
• Consult with IT managers and other stakeholders on ICT roadmaps and future developments
• Organize and facilitate workshops and assessments to identify needs and areas for improvement
• Translate the outcomes of advisory projects into concrete improvement proposals, roadmaps, and follow-up steps
• Direct client and advisory projects at a tactical level and ensure connection between clients and involved disciplines
• Recognize recurring needs among clients and advise on the further development of services
• University work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant, IT Consultant, or IT Advisor in a complex ICT environment
• 3 years of knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and management of ICT services in a client-supplier relationship
• 3 years of experience in dealing with external clients
• Demonstrable experience in understanding business and IT issues and formulating advice
• Experience in preparing and facilitating workshops, assessments, or advisory projects
• Experience in aligning interests between clients, management, architects, and technical specialists
