As a Business Consultant, you advise clients within the central government on their ICT issues and help determine appropriate solution directions.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Performing independent analyses of business, organizational, and IT issues for clients and advising on solution directions
- Discussing ICT roadmaps and future developments with IT managers and other stakeholders
- Preparing and facilitating workshops and assessments to identify needs, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Translating the outcomes of advisory projects into concrete improvement proposals, roadmaps, and next steps
- Conducting tactical management of client and advisory projects and connecting clients with the relevant disciplines within ODC-Noord
- Identifying recurring needs of clients and advising on the further development of services
- WO work and thinking level in the field of business analysis
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant, IT Consultant, or IT Advisor within a complex ICT environment
- Minimum 3 years of knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and the management of ICT services in a client-supplier relationship
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collaborating with external clients
