Business Economist / Management Consultant - Arabic

Project overview

We support founders from the business idea to the first years of business, strengthen existing self-employed individuals with our business stabilization coaching, and help with career counseling and job coaching to enter suitable employment.

The focus is on an intensive, individual business analysis: Together with owners of small businesses, for example from trade, gastronomy or services, we honestly and comprehensibly examine the economic situation of their business and whether it can permanently secure their livelihood. The consulting takes place predominantly directly at the customer's business. There we see how the business really works. We analyze the business figures together, explain key figures understandably, and impart business management knowledge that benefits our participants regardless of the outcome.

In the end, there is always a concrete perspective: the targeted further development of the business, a reorientation, continuation as a side business, or the transition to new employment, which we directly prepare for with our experience in job coaching.

Requirements

Commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration). Sound knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, financial planning, controlling, and marketing. At least 2 years of consulting experience with self-employed individuals or small and medium-sized enterprises. Experience in training or further education (e.g., trainer aptitude/AEVO). Empathy, clarity in communication, and enjoyment of working with people from diverse backgrounds. Very good German and Arabic language skills. Flexibility in working hours, as appointments are based on business opening hours.

Ideally, a driver's license and car to reach the business locations.
