In the context of implementing decision-making solutions to oversee real estate management activities, both from a strategic and operational perspective, and to facilitate communication with the various Business Units,

we use the online collaboration opportunities offered by Power BI

as well as tools from the Microsoft suite such as SSIS, SQL Server and Oracle.

Work environment

• The consultant must have proven expertise in Business Intelligence, particularly in the analysis and design of a data warehouse.
• They must demonstrate a strong ability to understand the existing environment, to comprehend data models, flows, indicators, and business rules, especially in the context of real estate data.
• A high capacity for analysis, structuring, and synthesis is expected in order to qualify business needs, identify any gaps or inconsistencies, and propose suitable, reliable, and easy-to-use BI solutions.
• The mission also requires good collaboration skills with business and technical teams, as well as a high level of autonomy and communication.
• Solid expertise in Business Intelligence, particularly in the design, development, and deployment of decision-making solutions and dashboards.
• Very good command of the Microsoft BI environment, particularly SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Power BI.
• Ability to understand and analyze the existing situation, both functionally and technically, in order to identify data, processes, indicators, and business rules in place.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling the translation of business needs into relevant, reliable, and user-accessible BI solutions.
• Aptitude for collaboration with business and technical teams, ability to work autonomously, and to provide quality reporting.
• Significant experience, ideally between 7 and 10 years, in the field of Business Intelligence.
