Chair meetings of the Multi Expert Team, facilitate decision-making processes, and guide the transition of the MET methodology to a new structure.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Chairing the meetings of the Multi Expert Team and breaking impasses between professionals, chain partners, and families
- Conducting decision-making process management, including safety assessment, analysis, and escalation agreements
- Guiding the transfer of the MET methodology to the new structure of the Societal Task Crisis & Insecurity, to be completed before July 1, 2027
- HBO/academic working and thinking level with demonstrable experience in independently executing complex management assignments
- Natural authority and ability to effortlessly switch between organizations in the care and security domain
- Experience with highly complex cases (0-100 years) and objectively assessing acute and structural safety risks
- Ability to flexibly and autonomously organize one's own agenda for adequate process management in ad-hoc cases
- Familiarity with the Future Scenario Child and Family Protection, Phased Collaboration on Safety, and the regional network is considered a plus
