We are primarily looking for a business-oriented consultant with a focus on pedagogy and support, possessing a good understanding of generative AI.

Mission Context

As part of the deployment of an Artificial Intelligence platform within a large group, we are looking for a Consultant specialized in change management and the adoption of generative AI (GenAI).

Your objective: to support employees in discovering and appropriating AI tools, democratize uses, and transform business needs into concrete use cases with high added value.

🎯 Your main missions:

Support business and technical teams in adopting the AI platform.

Raise awareness and train users on generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and agentic uses.

Identify and formalize AI use cases adapted to different businesses.

Design user guides, tutorials, educational materials, and best practices.

Structure a support process, from expressing needs to implementing use cases.

Organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, and AI acculturation sessions.

Develop and lead a user community around AI uses.

Be proactive in accelerating adoption and fostering new uses.
