As part of the deployment of an Artificial Intelligence platform within a large group, we are looking for a Consultant specialized in change management and the adoption of generative AI (GenAI).

Your objective: to support employees in discovering and appropriating AI tools, democratizing uses, and transforming business needs into concrete use cases with high added value.

We are primarily looking for a business-oriented, pedagogical, and supportive consultant with a good understanding of generative AI.

Important: This is not an AI development or Data Science mission, but rather a mission focused on adoption, change management, training, and AI acculturation.

Profile Sought

Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, or user support.

Good knowledge of generative AI (GenAI), Prompt Engineering, and agentic uses.

Experience in acculturation, training, or adoption of AI solutions in companies.

Ability to identify business needs and translate them into operational use cases.

Excellent pedagogical skills and ability to simplify technical topics.

Very good writing and interpersonal skills.

Autonomy, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

• Support business and technical teams in the adoption of the AI platform.
• Raise awareness and train users on generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and agentic uses.
• Identify and formalize AI use cases adapted to different businesses.
• Design user guides, tutorials, educational materials, and best practices.
• Structure a support pathway, from expressing the need to implementing use cases.
• Organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, and AI acculturation sessions.
• Develop and lead a user community around AI uses.
• Be proactive in accelerating adoption and fostering new uses.
• Catalog of AI use cases and best practices.
• Training materials and methodological guides.
• User documentation.
• Mapping of the user support pathway.
