Change Management & Program Coaching for Digital Transformation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager and Program Coach to support a comprehensive transformation program. You will act as a neutral interface between program management, project teams, specialist departments, and stakeholders, actively shaping successful change.

Your tasks include conducting kickoff meetings with expectation clarification, analyzing existing program structures, and regularly sparring with project leads on procedures, priorities, and organizational issues. You will support teams in dealing with obstacles, resistance, and unclear responsibilities, and moderate challenging workshops and meetings.

A key focus is on moderation in situations with differing interests and cross-departmental issues. You will support the introduction of agile working methods, select situation-appropriate change and communication formats, and actively involve affected specialist departments. The goal is the sustainable anchoring of changes in the departments.

We expect several years of experience in change management and supporting transformation programs, sound knowledge of agile methods, and expertise in workshop conception and moderation. You should be confident in dealing with resistance and controversial positions, possess very good communication and stakeholder management skills, and have experience in sparring with project leads.

Fluent German is required; English and French are advantageous. The engagement is planned for 6-9 months and starts in November 2026.
