- Evaluation of additional costs and claim demands
- Coordination with internal departments, site managers, and clients
- Profound experience in buried pipeline construction and/or district heating projects
- Solid experience as a site manager or project manager
- Very good knowledge of VOB
- Demonstrable experience in claim and change order management
- Experience in final accounts and claims management
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working
