Responsibilities

• Independent preparation of objections and appeals from judicial dunning procedures by compiling all system-stored and litigation-relevant documents
• Transmission of litigation preparation documents to the commissioned law firm
• Clarification of open queries with the law firm and other parties involved in the proceedings
• Communication and coordination with courts, registrars, and bailiffs

• Several years of experience in claims management within an energy supply company or, alternatively, completed training as a legal assistant
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Very good knowledge of SAP IS-U LWP
• Quick comprehension and strong understanding of complex issues
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Empathetic and understanding demeanor when dealing with customers
• Strong solution orientation and willingness to develop viable solutions even in difficult customer constellations
