Supervise and monitor cleanroom construction work on-site for a new semiconductor manufacturing facility in Saxony. Coordinate contractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities
- Control and monitoring of cleanroom construction work on the construction site
- Coordination of contractors and alignment of the execution sequence
- Leading regular site meetings and daily site inspections
- Coordination of interfaces with MEP, infrastructure, and other trades
- Tracking construction progress and deadlines, and reporting to project management
- Enforcement of occupational safety (EHS) on the construction site
- Follow-up of defects and support with acceptances and handovers
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a site manager, supervisor, or construction manager in cleanroom construction
- Experience in major projects, ideally in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
- Confident demeanor towards contractors and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Availability for on-site deployment in Saxony
