Construction Supervisor MEP Trades

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced construction supervisor for the monitoring and quality assurance of MEP trades on a demanding construction site in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Construction supervision and quality control of all MEP trades on site
• Client representation and contact person for construction contract law issues
• Management and follow-up of correspondence with subcontractors and specialist companies
• Coordination and communication of all parties involved on the construction site
• Interface management between trades and specialist planners
• Monitoring of timely and proper execution
• Documentation of construction progress, defects, and deviations

Requirements

The position is for 12 months and beyond.

• Several years of experience in MEP construction supervision according to VOB
• Extensive knowledge in hospital and cleanroom construction (at least 2-4 projects)
• Specialized experience with ventilation and air conditioning systems in a hospital environment
• Understanding of ventilation units and their connection to heating, cooling, and humidification systems
• Knowledge of duct and air duct installation as well as fire protection requirements
• Experience with BIM-based projects and 3D models
• Confident use of MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in Lean Construction Management
• High degree of self-organization and independent working style
