Clerk Inventory Management & Clearing

Project overview

We are looking for a dedicated clerk for inventory management and clearing at our location in Bavaria. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid working model and develop within a dynamic environment.

Your tasks include the creation and processing of correction orders for inventory cleanup as well as the planning and management of warehouse deliveries. You are responsible for maintaining and checking inventory and material data and creating meaningful evaluations using Excel lists with pivot tables and formulas. Furthermore, you will support administrative processes in clearing and contribute to process compliance through continuous data quality control. Another focus is on analyzing and optimizing existing processes as well as participating in improvement measures for increased efficiency.

For this position, you should have completed commercial training (e.g., as an industrial clerk or office clerk). Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are essential. Experience with SAP modules in the area of inventory or material management is desirable. Knowledge in master data maintenance and material management systems is an advantage. Practical experience in a commercial environment as well as an understanding of logistical processes and goods management workflows complete your profile. Good German language skills in speaking and writing are required.
