Seeking an experienced, modern, and approachable process manager to coordinate two clusters (Supervision and Land Affairs) and advance the GRIP project approach process. The role also involves acting as a safety ambassador and participating in the project management team.

Cluster Coordinator / Process Manager
For the Supervision and Land Affairs clusters, we are looking for an experienced process manager (coordinator). These are two clusters with deep substantive knowledge: the Supervision cluster and the Land Affairs cluster.
The Supervision cluster includes the project managers and supervisors for our projects. Colleagues supervise various projects, both in our water system and in the water chain.
Cluster Land Affairs is responsible for strategic advice on land acquisitions. This cluster fully organizes land acquisitions and land swaps.
We are looking for a modern and experienced leader, approachable and with the ability to self-start. You are capable of creating clarity yourself when necessary. You know how to smoothly and convincingly bring structure and you have a clear overview of your areas of responsibility. You are a listening ear for colleagues from the clusters and with your facilitating attitude, you will move the clusters forward.
As a process manager, we are looking for experience to advance our GRIP project approach process. A foundation exists, there is a lot of knowledge and experience in the team. It is important to bring things together, together with the GRIP improvement team. The goal is to arrive at a broadly supported process.
In addition, in this role, you will also be a safety ambassador for all Projects. This involves the practical implementation of safety toolboxes, advice on VCL, and identifying and flagging safety issues.
Finally, you are part of the project management team (MT), along with the other coordinators, team leader, secretariat, HR advisor, and finance advisor.

- Process Manager GRIP
- Safety Ambassador Projects
- MT Projects
Requirements
HBO or WO level
5+ years of experience as a team manager.
5+ years of experience as a process manager.
Familiar with Prince2, project management, Agile, and Scrum.
Experience in conducting (as a team manager) customized conversations with attention to the individual and making clear agreements on results and development.
