Managing the agency's commercial, administrative, and logistical operations
Welcoming customers at the counter and by phone
Communicating prices according to profiles (individuals or professionals)
Informing customers about sales conditions, payment terms, and delivery times
Entering orders and ensuring their complete follow-up
Negotiating pricing agreements with professional clients
Contacting inactive customers, qualifying the database, and carrying out prospecting actions (phone, emails) according to the defined commercial policy
Profile sought
With a Baccalaureate degree, you have at least 2 years of experience.
Good knowledge of the local geographical area
Proficiency in IT and office tools
Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation
Rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy
