Communication Advisor Internal Communication Defense

Project overview

Within the Morrígan program, you are responsible for internal communication towards various defense components.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop communication tools and messages for internal target groups such as operational units, staff, and management
• Execute the communication plan for Program Morrígan, aimed at CLAS, COMMIT, D-I&T, D-PLAN, and the Management Staff
• Assist the program manager in the field of internal communication with stakeholders and briefings for management
• Organize internal presentations, briefings, information meetings, and demonstrations
• Timely identify risks within internal communication and advise on maintaining support and managing expectations
• Completed HBO (higher professional education) in communication or a similar field, or demonstrably equivalent level through education and experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience with internal communication within large (governmental) organizations in the last 10 years
• 2 to 5 years of experience with drafting and executing internal communication plans
• Strong ability to translate complex technical and strategic content into clear internal messages
• Ability to create support and manage expectations at multiple levels
• Willingness to travel to various defense locations in the Netherlands
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages in speech and writing
