Communication Officer

Project overview

We are looking for a Communication Officer for a 3-month renewable mission in Le Mans.

Context:

As part of the User Services Communication (COMSAU) department, contribute to user satisfaction.

Continuously improve the EurekIA chatbot

o user satisfaction

o the conversational experience

Develop a continuous improvement approach for Selfcare

Profile & your skills:

Knowledge of ITIL practices would be a plus (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Knowledge Management).

This mission is in Le Mans and requires, due to its scope, occasional travel to different sites.

• Create educational content (tutorials, videos, communications…)
• Promote self-care tools and support users
• Design communication strategies focused on usage and adoption
• Host educational webinars
• Create video tutorials
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with users (support, projects): design, distribute, analyze, and publish results
• Ensure the relevance of the knowledge used by the chatbot
• Analyze interactions (unrecognized questions, irritants, response rate)
• Enrich and optimize content to improve:
• Work in conjunction with technical and project teams
• Utilize user feedback and usage data
• Identify gaps and manage their correction
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall self-care system
• Mastery of IT tools specific to this field of activity
• The Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) and the Office Suite, with a particularly high level in Excel.
• Ability to facilitate working groups and leverage teamwork.
