  • Supervise asset relocation operations within datacenters.
  • Define and track schedules, milestones, and actions associated with infrastructure operations.
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of information between the CMDB and the BDDH.
  • Produce monthly reporting on decommissioning, obsolescence, and asset management operations.
  • Monitor all tasks assigned to the Compute team in the Metis tool.
  • Manage the processing of requests, incidents, and problems, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate various technical stakeholders and ensure the proper execution of actions.

  • Ability to analyze and validate technical quotes in relation to manufacturers.
  • Good knowledge of configuration and IT asset management tools (CMDB).
  • Experience in monitoring and ensuring the reliability of infrastructure data.
  • Mastery of incident, problem, and request management processes in an IT production environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM processes.
  • Experience using ticketing and activity tracking tools, ideally Metis.
  • Technical coordination, planning, and operational monitoring skills.
  • Ability to produce reports and track performance indicators.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure availability, service continuity, and quality challenges.
