Construction Management Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) in Freiburg

Project overview

For a technically demanding special construction project in Freiburg, we are looking for an experienced freelance construction and project manager for electrical engineering (m/f/d).

The project runs for several years and requires careful coordination during ongoing operations within limited time windows.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the construction management and technical coordination of the electrical engineering trades. This includes controlling and monitoring the executing subcontractors as well as critically reviewing existing plans for technical and practical feasibility. You will ensure professional and timely execution, coordinate work considering ongoing operations, and liaise with the overall project manager for electrical engineering.

Requirements

You bring sound experience in construction or project management for electrical engineering (TGA/ELT). Good knowledge of various electrical engineering systems is required, especially in fire alarm and safety technology, medium voltage, photovoltaics, as well as media and television technology. Experience in controlling and coordinating subcontractors is necessary. You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented with strong assertiveness.

Framework:

The project starts flexibly by agreement and is expected to run until 2028/2029. The workload is approx. 3 days per week on-site, with remote work possible as a supplement. This is a freelance project assignment with independent work and direct coordination with the overall project manager.
