- Classic construction management in the execution phase / fit-out
- Coordination and management of subcontractors / monitoring of HVAC installations
- Schedule, quality, and cost control
- Participation in client and planning meetings
- Conducting and accompanying acceptance inspections
- Documentation of construction progress
- Defect management and tracking
- General construction supervision and project coordination
- Change order management / No change order management required on the client side
- Change order management towards the executing subcontractor is part of the scope of duties
- Sound knowledge in construction management and the HVAC trades
- Sound knowledge on the general contractor side
- Solid experience in building construction
