For a long-term hospital project in Twistringen, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager Electrical Engineering (ELT) (m/f/d) starting from 01.01.2027 for the independent supervision and coordination of electrical trades.
You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the electrical construction execution and will act as the central interface between project management, executing companies, specialist planners, and other TGA trades.
The goal is to ensure the professional, timely, and high-quality implementation of all electrical services, taking into account the special technical and organizational requirements of a hospital project.
Responsibilities
Independent construction management and supervision of all electrical trades on the construction site
Coordination and control of executing subcontractors and assembly companies
Monitoring construction execution regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and technical specifications
Checking and implementing execution and assembly plans as well as technical specifications
Coordination of interfaces between electrical engineering, HVAC, BMS, and other trades
Monitoring the professional installation of electrical systems and equipment
Checking installation progress, personnel and resource deployment, and adherence to construction schedule
Conducting regular site inspections and quality controls
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and execution deviations
Participating in site meetings and coordinating with project management, specialist planners, and clients
Assisting with scheduling, progress monitoring, and preparing status reports
Coordination and support of functional tests, commissioning, and acceptance procedures
Ensuring complete and proper revision and site documentation
Requirements
Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager Electrical Engineering (ELT), foreman, specialist construction manager, or in a comparable role
Sound experience in the construction management of electrical trades, ideally in hospital, clinic, or comparable large construction projects
Good knowledge of the installation and execution of electrical systems in buildings
Experience in coordinating and controlling subcontractors and assembly personnel
Knowledge of relevant VDE, DIN, and technical regulations
Experience in cross-trade coordination, especially with HVAC and BMS
Confident use of execution plans, specifications, and technical documentation
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Assertiveness and strong communication skills in dealing with project stakeholders
Willingness for regular on-site deployment in Twistringen
Advantageous:
Experience with hospital and medical functional areas
Knowledge of safety power supply, backup power systems, UPS systems, and medically used areas according to DIN VDE 0100-710
Experience with acceptance and commissioning processes for complex electrical systems
