Construction Manager Interior Finishing

Project overview

For an exciting construction project in the area of interior finishing, we are looking for an experienced construction manager in Berlin. You will act as external support for the coordination and supervision of an interior finishing project.

Your tasks include the coordination of executing companies, correspondence and documentation, use of planning software, defect rectification, and supervision of remaining work. You will be the point of contact for all trades involved in the project and contribute to the timely and quality completion.

We expect extensive experience in interior finishing or turnkey construction with at least 5 years of construction management in residential construction. Training as a technician or civil engineer is an advantage. You should be proficient in using common planning software and possess organizational skills.

The project is limited from December 1, 2026, to the end of March 2027, with a workload of 5 days per week. The client is an established property developer. This is an ideal opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment and gain valuable project experience.
