We are looking for a freelance Construction Manager for Signaling and Train Control Systems to coordinate and oversee construction work on-site. The role involves acting as a technical point of contact, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring proper documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Coordination and supervision of construction execution in the field of signaling and train control systems.
+ Technical point of contact for executing companies and subcontractors on the construction site.
+ Identification, evaluation, and follow-up of problems and deviations during construction execution.
+ Coordination of technical issues and solution approaches with project management.
+ Independent development and implementation of practice-oriented solutions for disruptions or faulty executions.
+ Control and follow-up of construction site documentation, including construction diaries.
