Construction Manager Signaling and Train Control Systems

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced construction manager for the coordination and supervision of construction execution in the field of signaling and train control systems. In this role, you will be the technical point of contact for executing companies and subcontractors on the construction site and will contribute significantly to the successful progress of the project.

Your tasks include identifying, evaluating, and tracking problems and deviations during construction execution. You will coordinate technical issues and solution approaches with project management and independently develop practice-oriented solutions for disruptions or faulty execution. Furthermore, you will control and track construction site documentation, including construction diaries.

For this position, you bring extensive experience in signaling and train control systems. You have sound knowledge of the components and systems used in the field of control and signaling technology (LST) as well as practical construction site experience in the railway, light rail, or tram environment. Specialized knowledge in the areas of axle counters, protection sections, and control and signaling technology is required.

The project starts in December 2026 and runs until at least October 2027. We are looking for a reliable specialist who works independently and has a high degree of quality orientation.
